Through our Smart Hands service, our highly trained and experienced IBX® Technicians can provide assistance for remote management, custom installations and trouble shooting of your equipment. Services range from power-cycling equipment to signal-testing a circuit, or performing an emergency equipment replacement. You can’t be at the IBX all the time, but we are. We’ll be here when you can’t.
Our Smart Hands technicians are trained in the latest technologies and they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- On-site/off-site technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Equipment installations and configurations
- Ladder racking, pre-wiring of patch panels and equipment
- Interface card removal, installation and configuration
- Testing media for continuity and proper signaling
