Our IBX staff of engineers, technicians and Customer Care specialists offers on-site technical and logistical support for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Amenities at your disposal at the IBX data center.

The IBX data center itself, is designed for our customers’ needs with comfort and productivity in mind . They feature individual workstations or customer kiosks, and include phones, PCs, and data ports so you may check email, print a document or get online. Wireless Internet connectivity is also available in select IBX data centers, giving you access to the Internet from anywhere in the IBX, including your cage.

Many of our locations have multimedia-equipped conference rooms with all the tools you need to hold meetings or conference calls while in the data center. The staging areas provide a comfortable, static-free environment for conducting system checks or making modifications to equipment prior to installation.

Finally, our Customer Care call center is accessible by phone, email or through our Web-based customer portal around the clock, 365 days a year. Our Customer Care team notifies you of any events or situations that could potentially affect your operations. When you need something done, our experienced Customer Care team is always just a phone call away Equinix is here to help.
