Each IBX data center is designed with your comfort and productivity in mind. They feature individual workstations or customer kiosks, and include phones, PCs, and data ports, so you can get online, check email, and print a document. Wireless Internet connectivity is also available in select IBX data centers, giving you access to the Internet from anywhere in the IBX, including your cage.

Many locations have multimedia-equipped conference rooms for meetings and conference calls. Staging areas provide a comfortable, static-free environment for conducting system checks and making modifications to equipment prior to installation.

When you need information or assistance, our Customer Care call center is accessible by phone, email, and Web-based customer portal around the clock, 365 days a year. Our Customer Care team also notifies you of any events or situations that could potentially affect your operations.
