Business Continuity Trading Room (BCTR) is a service that supports recovery requirements for a financial firm’s front office and back office personnel. Service offerings include Select Shared, Select Exclusive, Dedicated and Private Suite, and are designed to support different risk profiles and business needs. The BCTR service is currently offered in the New York market, with plans to expand to other North American financial markets in 2011.
