Equinix shortlisted for the Datacentre Dynamics 2007 Award for Innovation

Equinix Inc. (Nasdaq:EQIX), the leading provider of network-neutral datacentres and Internet exchange services, has announced that it has been short-listed as a finalist in the Award for Innovation in the Outsourced Environment category of the Datacentre Awards 2007.
The category was open to entries from companies that provide outsourced services to organisations across Europe. Equinix was selected by an international panel of judges based on how it has employed innovative design techniques and operational strategies that benefit customers across single and multiple facilities.
Equinix has achieved this primarily through its customer-focused approach to service innovation and by working closely with customers to understand business requirements, which helps to drive new design conventions and operational strategies.

The awards were launched this year by Datacentre Dynamics, the organisers of the Global Conference and Expo Series, and are designed to recognise excellence in facility design and operations.

Winners will be announced at the Datacentre Dynamics Leaders' Award ceremony which will be held on 4th December at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London EC1.
